The Ridge is a six-storey boutique apartment building of 28 residences on Musgrave Road, Red Hill, with elevated city and hill views.
The design favours a strong indoor-outdoor connection: deep eaves, operable timber screens, a landscaped podium and a residents’ pool. It is aimed at downsizers and professionals who want a lock-and-leave home in one of Brisbane’s established inner-west streets.
Height is capped at six storeys to keep the building in scale with the ridge and the surrounding neighbourhood.
