Our Team
Founder & Director
James began his career as a carpenter in the UK property industry, rising through construction and development management to deliver hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate across London, Sydney and beyond. His curatorial eye — and his insistence on working only with the finest designers, architects and consultants — sets the standard for every Elliott Group project.
Chief Operations Manager
Tina brings deep operational expertise and an intimate knowledge of property and the built form. She unites people, teams and processes seamlessly, and her forward-thinking approach gives the business a genuine competitive edge — to the benefit of every stakeholder.
Acquisition & Development Manager
A Business graduate of Griffith University, Hamish sources and negotiates Elliott Group's project pipeline and manages stakeholders across the portfolio. His experience within some of Australia's most successful property investment groups underpins a sharp eye for development opportunity.
Marketing Manager
Alex has led creative and digital campaigns across the UK, Dubai and Australia for brands including Google, Optus, Westpac and Glenfiddich. A strategic thinker and creative problem-solver, Alex is credited with shaping Elliott Group's distinctive branding and market positioning.
History
James Elliott founds Elliott Property Group — born of two passions: restoring old, neglected buildings and constructing beautifully designed new ones.
Eight years acquiring, restoring and developing heritage buildings across the United Kingdom.
James establishes Red Dog Group in Australia — the group's national building and development arm.
The group launches in Australia, securing its first sites at Southpine Road (Enoggera), Janelle Street (Townsville) and Rosemary Street.
Approvals and finance secured across a growing pipeline, with boutique subdivision sites — including Bellbird Pocket and Janelle Place — added across Brisbane, Ipswich, NSW and Perth.
A specialist team delivering distinctive homes, estates and boutique communities across Australia — with the same eye for detail that defined the very first project.
