Stones Corner Laneway is a three-storey commercial mixed-use redevelopment on Cleveland Street, at the Logan Road edge of Stones Corner village.
Ground floor is specialty retail and hospitality, with professional suites above. The design focuses on street activation, subtropical landscaping and a contemporary façade that respects the existing streetscape while lifting the precinct.
It is a small, considered commercial site rather than a large-format centre — intended to add to the emerging village character of Stones Corner.
