72 Minnie Street is currently in the process of Development Approval. An exquisite example of commercial and light industrial design transitioning to neighbouring residential area.

We worked tirelessly with Paul Ziukelis Architects to produce a design that favoured the zoning requirements while complimenting the natural aesthetics of the street. Including bold design features in the exterior facade.

The design also includes a beautiful roof top care takers apartment that appreciates expansive views out towards the ocean and an adaptable contemporary work facility. It also introduces a green roof and solar farm.
